Loic Assobmo is a Primary Care Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. He is also a children’s book author and entrepreneur. Loic obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing from Boston College. Loic enjoys treating conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. He is also passionate about mental health.

Loic is a published children’s book author. He has written the first ever children’s book featuring a black male nurse practitioner for elementary school children. He started the children’s book series with the goal of providing health pearls to young folks, breaking gender biases about the nursing profession, and increasing interest among young black males to join the profession.

Loic is also an entrepreneur who has designed many mobile health solutions to improve healthcare access and outcomes in rural African communities, particularly in Cameroon where he was born.
